Smooth SUP will warranty their boards for 30 days from the date of purchase against all defects of craftsmanship and materials. We make and effort to make be sure every board is inspected by quality control before it leaves our warehouse. In the rare circumstance that you do find a defect please contact us at support@smoothsup.com. Due to the nature of paddle boarding we cannot warranty against damage, breakage or general wear and tear. All of our boards are constructed by hand and a cosmetic flaw is not considered a defect. It is considered a cosmetic issue if it does not affect the functionality or performance of the board. If you think you have more than a cosmetic issue we must be contacted within 48 hours via email at support@smoothsup.com with photos showing us the defect. From there we will determine if the board needs to be replaced or repaired.
